#3397 On your party member's picture, highlight the appropriate place that you want to put an item, and press the A Button.
#3398 You will see a list of items that can be equipped on the place that you selected. Use the Control Pad to select the item you want, then press the A Button to equip it. Or select the yellow "Remove" icon at the top of the list to remove the item.
#3399 Since some items can only be worn by certain party members, you may see a message telling you that you can't wear that item. Try equipping it on somebody else.
