#3401 Press START to bring up the Main Menu and then select "Items".
#3402 You will see a list of people in your party. Select the person who you want to use the item on, and press the A Button.
#3403 Select "All" to see all of your items at once, or select "Potions", "Books", "Candies" or "Miscellaneous" to see only that type of item.
